The Middle is a human centered platform that cares for the people inside our industry, builds meaningful relationships with the communities outside it, connects funding to organizations doing meaningful work, transparently tracks impact through blockchain, and brings people together through Cross Mentorship.
Our industry has become remarkably good at building the physical and digital infrastructure that powers the world. Now we can bring that same focus to our human infrastructure — the people who build it, the communities who host it, and the commitments we make along the way.
Support wellbeing, growth, belonging and opportunity for the people who build and operate mission critical infrastructure around the world.
Build deeper, more honest relationships with the people and places our industry touches, starting with Oahu.
Show what we promised, where support went and what happened next. Transparency is not a feature. It is the foundation.
Connection creates action. Action creates accountability. Accountability strengthens trust.
People who rarely sit together share experiences and learn from one another.
Honolulu is our base area where people can step away from the noise and have meaningful conversations and experiences.
A transparent blockchain record of funding, commitments and impact, visible to all.
What we learn in Oahu becomes the starting point for Cannes in June 2027.
The Middle does not anchor to a single private residence. Instead, the week takes shape across community spaces and event venues around Honolulu.
These gathering spaces will bring industry participants and the local community together for wellbeing, Cross Mentorship, service, and meaningful conversations.
Every experience is designed to keep groups small enough for real conversation. This is not a conference. It is a week built around the people in the room and the community hosting us.
Five days. Each one designed with a clear purpose.
The closest seat to The Middle. Founding Middle Sponsors are woven into every experience, every conversation, and every meaningful moment of the week.
Cross Mentorship connects people who would not normally spend meaningful time together. A shared experience opens the door. The relationship is the point. Each Cross Mentorship experience is $25,000 and funds the full experience from curation to connection.
Guests come because they want to support healthier minds, bodies and souls across the mission critical industry. Community members from Honolulu are also invited to participate.

This Cross Mentorship experience will bring Service Members, Veterans and Families (SMVF) together with people from the mission critical industry. The experience will connect stories of service with practical hiring pathways, employer relationships and long-term career opportunity.
This is not a ceremony. It is a conversation between people whose paths might never otherwise cross, and a chance to make something real happen.
Industry participants and local Oahu residents work side by side to clean up a community park. Afterward, everyone shares food and conversation.
Showing up for the community that hosts us is part of what The Middle stands for. This experience is not a photo opportunity. It is a chance to do something useful together and build a real relationship with Oahu.
This Cross Mentorship experience will bring established women in the mission critical industry together with women who are entering the industry or considering their next step. The gathering will focus on honest conversation, practical connection and access to people who can help move a career forward.
This is not a panel. People will sit across from one another and learn from different points in the journey. The format is designed for real exchange, not polished keynotes.
A formal evening centered on intention, connection, and local community impact. As we gather for the evening, each guest will share a personal or professional intention and set a floating LED candle, leaving our commitments to carry forward.
That evening, we will debut The Middle's first blockchain ledger with our own commitment: all net proceeds from A Night of Light, together with proceeds from the charity golf tournament, will be donated to a local charity in Honolulu.
Guests and partners are invited to add commitments of their own. Whether offering funding, time, mentorship, or resources, each commitment will have a place on the ledger, with updates documenting what happens next.
This is where The Middle comes together with blockchain — a shared record of what we promise, what we give, and how we follow through. The ledger begins here, on this evening, with this community.
More than 10,000 industry visitors will arrive in Oahu for PTC week. The Middle wants to leave something useful behind, something recorded, traceable, and real.
What was promised. Where it went. What happened next.
The Middle continues in Cannes. One more moment. One ongoing commitment to the people inside our industry and the communities around it.
The Middle returns during Datacloud Global Congress at the Palais des Festivals in Cannes, France, one of the world's most influential gatherings for data centers, AI infrastructure, and power executives.
The work is human. The accountability is real. The opportunity is now.
The Middle is not a conference party. It is not a sponsorship transaction. It is a week designed to leave Oahu and the people in the room meaningfully changed.
Every decision this week begins with the people it will affect.
What we commit to is recorded. What we fund is visible. What happens next is shared.
Conversations turn into commitments. Commitments turn into entries in the Ledger.
